Caroline noted, “While growth brings its challenges, it’s also beneficial! We get to provide services that local residents used to have to travel to Columbia to access. It’s exciting to see the development.”

They emphasize the importance of maintaining open communication while setting boundaries for work and family. “We’re intentional about scheduling time to unplug and spend time together,” Caroline said. “Even if we have to work during family vacations, we make sure to carve out quality moments.”

Beyond their business operations, the Lindlers stay connected to their community through volunteer opportunities. They dedicate time each year to support Camp Kemo, a summer camp for children, sharing their love and dedication for their community with their children alongside them.
