In soccer, Montpelier just edged out U-32 with a tense 1-0 victory thanks to Lia Walsh’s goal at 12:42 of the fourth quarter. Regan Walke also contributed with an assist. Montpelier’s goalie, Indy Roberts, made 4 saves while U-32’s Linnea Darrow had a busier day, stopping 6 shots.
Another close match saw Spaulding defeat North Country 2-0, with Rylee Pelletier and Peyton LaPerle each netting a goal. St. Johnsbury narrowly triumphed over Harwood with a 2-1 score, highlighted by goals from Ayla Brown and Maggie Langlais.
In a dominating performance, Colchester took down Burlington with an impressive 8-4 score. Ava Moore shone brightly with 3 goals and 2 assists, marking her 60th career goal. The early momentum saw Colchester building a 4-0 lead by the midpoint of the first half.

In golf, Derin Suren from Essex was the standout performer with a medalist score of 36. The Essex team collectively shot 155, showcasing a strong team effort to secure the win.
