Exciting Week of High School Football in Southeast Texas

Beaumont, Texas – Friday night brought another thrilling round of high school football action across Southeast Texas. Fans gathered under the stadium lights as local teams battled it out for pride and glory. Here’s a quick recap of the scores from the Week 9 games.

The West Brook Bruins had an impressive performance, dominating Beaumont United with a score of 48 to 7. The Bruins showcased their powerful offense, leaving the opposition struggling to keep up.

In a close match, Lufkin triumphed over Port Arthur Memorial with a final score of 30 to 23. This victory will definitely boost Lufkin’s confidence as they push forward in the season.

Nederland had a solid game, defeating Port Neches-Groves 24 to 14. The Nederland team executed their game plan effectively, securing a crucial win.

West Orange-Stark continued their winning streak by shutting out Silsbee 35 to 0. Their defense was impenetrable, ensuring a comfortable victory.

Lumberton came away with a victory against Hardin-Jefferson, wrapping up the game at 24 to 14, while Hamshire-Fannett delivered an outstanding performance, crushing Tarkington 65 to 0.

East Chambers made a strong showing, defeating Kirbyville 52 to 14. Meanwhile, Anderson-Shiro secured a win against Kountze with a score of 33 to 14.

Jasper outplayed Shepherd, winning 35 to 16, as Hardin also claimed victory over Anahuac 33 to 13. Newton dominated Trinity with an impressive shut-out of 64 to 0.

Coldspring-Oakhurst had a solid game against Buna, finishing 28 to 0, and Woodville shut out New Waverly with a score of 38 to 0. The Woodlands Christian also had a strong showing, defeating Kelly Catholic 53 to 12.

Deweyville emerged victorious over West Hardin, wrapping up the game at 38 to 6, while West Sabine had an impressive win against Evadale, with a final score of 54 to 14.
