In a nail-biter, Angleton narrowly defeated Port Arthur Memorial with a final score of 36-29. The intense atmosphere kept fans on the edge of their seats as both teams fought hard for every yard.

Meanwhile, Sealy edged out Hamshire-Fannett in another close contest, finishing with a score of 21-17. Both teams displayed great effort, but Sealy managed to hold on for the win.

Elsewhere, Silsbee had a strong performance against Bellville, winning comfortably with a score of 41-17. The team showed poise and confidence, making their mark in the playoffs.

In another high-scoring game, La Vega triumphed over West Orange-Stark with a final score of 42-20. La Vega’s offense shined, making it clear they are a team to watch as the playoffs progress.

Newton put on an impressive display with a high-scoring victory against Edgewood, finishing the night at 84-42. The fans were treated to a powerhouse performance that showcased Newton’s offensive capabilities.
