In a dominating performance, Aldine Eisenhower blanked their rivals, Aldine, with a score of 14-0. Meanwhile, Cypress Bridgeland showcased their offensive firepower by defeating Cypress Ranch with a decisive score of 41-3.
Over at Cypress Falls, the home team emerged victorious against Cypress Fairbanks, finishing the game at 45-37. Fans at Houston Heights saw their team dominate Houston MSTC with a resounding 58-6 victory. In another one-sided matchup, Houston Lamar took down Houston Bellaire with a score of 42-14.
Klein Cain also found success, defeating Tomball with a score of 27-12. In San Antonio, SA Northside Brandeis eclipsed SA Roosevelt with a staggering margin, finishing 51-7, while SA Northside Marshall edged out SA Northside Holmes by 37-27.
In an impressive outing, Crosby took down New Caney Porter with 49-26. Fort Bend Kempner also impressed, defeating Pasadena 48-21. Iowa Colony kept their winning streak alive by narrowly overcoming Rosenberg Terry with a score of 37-36.
Other notable scores included Mercedes overpowering Brownsville Porter at 56-13, FW Southwest defeating FW Western Hills 35-14, and Houston Furr winning against Houston North Forest 35-15. Houston Kashmere triumphed over Houston Scarborough by 38-6, and Worthing took down Houston Wheatley with a score of 31-0. Yates also had a commanding win, defeating Houston Washington 45-0.
In a close contest, Austin Royals got the better of Fort Bend Chargers, winning the game 39-23. The excitement continued with Harvest Christian Academy-Lantana overpowering Melissa CHANT 52-0 and Houston Emery/Weiner School beating Houston Westbury Christian in a high-scoring matchup, 76-48.
Lastly, Longview Heritage defeated Greenville Christian 42-26, while Tomball Homeschool showcased their strength with a massive win against Acadiana Christian, La., crushing them 69-0. Tyler Grace Community capped the day with a victory over Arlington Grace Prep, finishing at 24-0.
One game, Fort Bend Crawford vs. Stafford, was postponed. As teams continue to gear up for the rest of the season, the competition is expected to grow even fiercer.
