The girls’ soccer scene also saw Ava Goodman making headlines by scoring the overtime goal that secured a 1-0 win for Saratoga Springs against Shenendehowa.
Astonishing displays continued in cross country, where Liam Davidson from Queensbury finished first at the Foothills Council championships with a time of 15 minutes, 34.5 seconds.
