High School Football Report from Michiana

It was an exciting night in Michiana as Friday Night Lights shone bright for the last week of the regular season in Indiana and just one week left for Michigan teams. The local high schools put on a show, providing thrilling action on the football field. Here’s a roundup of the scores from around the area.

The Concord team dominated Plymouth with a score of 42-14, while Mishawaka cruised past Wawasee, ending the game 46-7. In another match, Warsaw triumphed over Northridge with a final score of 42-13, and NorthWood blanked Goshen, winning 42-0.

In a shutout performance, Penn secured a strong victory against South Bend Saint Joseph, finishing 27-0. Elkhart had a similar success, dispatching South Bend Adams with a score of 55-14. Meanwhile, Mishawaka Marian edged out South Bend Riley, winning 21-7. New Prairie significantly outperformed South Bend Washington with a score of 52-8.

Knox scored a remarkable 61-6 victory over Bowman Academy, and Jimtown managed a close win against Lakeland, finishing 44-34. Culver Academies also had an impressive game, defeating John Glenn 48-7.

Other highlights included Bremen beating Tippecanoe Valley 24-10, LaVille taking down Whiting 56-20, and Fairfield winning against Churubusco by a score of 42-18. West Noble put up a dominant performance against Prairie Heights, winning 56-0.

In the 8-player games, Gobles had a victorious night against Bridgman with a score of 47-28, and the Red Arrow Raiders defeated Eau Claire 44-20. For those keeping an eye on the action as the playoffs draw closer, this week’s games provided plenty of excitement and drama.
