Houston High School Football Playoffs Show Exciting Scores

This past Saturday, the Houston area saw some thrilling action in high school football playoffs, featuring a series of games that showcased impressive performances from various teams. In Region I, the North Crowley Eagles soared to victory against Byron Nelson with a solid 56-21 scoreline, marking a dominant display on the field.

Over in Region IV, Weslaco secured their spot in the next round by shutting out San Benito 28-0. The action continued in Region II, where Tomball pulled off a competitive win against Cypress Springs, finishing at 35-25, demonstrating their resilience and teamwork.

Region III featured a strong performance by Houston Heights, defeating Houston Memorial 42-21. Meanwhile, Lufkin had a commanding victory against Houston Milby, showcasing a powerful offense that resulted in a score of 63-14.

In the Championship category, CC Annapolis claimed victory over New Braunfels Thunder with a stunning score of 61-12. In a remarkable shootout, SA Sunnybrook narrowly defeated Grayson Christian, winning 77-70 in what was an unforgettable game.

Other noteworthy matches included Brazos Valley defeating SA FEAST 35-0 and Bulverde Gloria Deo dominating Austin SPC 61-12. In the Area games, Houston Emery/Weiner School showcased their skills with a 52-6 win against St. Mary’s Hall, while Beaumont Legacy Christian overwhelmed San Marcos Baptist Academy 59-20.
