Chapin, S.C. – Tragic Crash Claims Lives of Mother and Young Son

The South Carolina Highway Patrol confirmed the victims were LaRhonda Davis Gibson, 47, and her son, Ketron Menteze Gibson Jr., both hailing from Newberry.
