Luckie’s Pinestraw, Landscape Materials Supplier, Breaks Into South Carolina Market with West Columbia Expansion

Landscape Materials Supplier Enters SC Market with West Columbia Location

A prominent landscape materials provider, Luckie’s Pinestraw, has officially entered the South Carolina market by securing a significant lease located in Columbia. Grayson Greiner of Colliers South Carolina facilitated the lease of an approximately 1,711-square-foot building at 3119 Sunset Blvd. in West Columbia, as noted in a recent press release. The new expansion is marked as a strategic move for Luckie’s Pinestraw, known for its specialization in harvesting, delivering, and installing longleaf pine straw across the Southeastern United States.

Impressive Growth and Expansion

Now among America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies according to the Inc. 5000 list, Luckie’s Pinestraw has demonstrated an impressive growth trajectory with over ten years in the business. The West Columbia office is the latest addition to Luckie’s Pinestraw’s operations spanning across five locations in Alabama, North Carolina, and Florida, marking its first infiltration into the South Carolina market.

Leveraging Strategic Location

The chosen property is strategically situated at close proximity to the Lexington Medical Center and consists of approximately 0.95 acres. Boasting traffic of around 33,500 vehicles per day, the site offers easy access to both Interstate 20 and I-26 as well as downtown Lexington. This location serves as an asset for Luckie’s Pinestraw as it continues its expansion and efforts to engage with local communities.

An Exciting Journey for Luckie’s Pinestraw

Broker Grayson Greiner in the release spoke about the excitement of the deal marking a significant milestone for Luckie’s Pinestraw. Greiner said, “I am thrilled to have brokered the deal for Luckie’s Pinestraw’s newest location and its first foray into South Carolina. This prime property perfectly aligns with Luckie’s vision for growth and community engagement. It’s been an exciting journey, and I am confident that this new site will be a cornerstone of its continued success in the region.”

Looking Forward

As it stands, Luckie’s Pinestraw is perfectly positioned for further growth. With a strong new foothold in South Carolina, the company continues to solidify its place as a leader in the landscape materials supply industry. Its expansion into a new market underscores Luckie’s dedication to extending its landscape materials supply services while making an essential contribution to the region’s economic vibrancy.
