In the MISSISSIPPI 8 conference, Becker secured a convincing victory over North Branch with a final score of 90 to 68. Meanwhile, Monticello also triumphed over Cambridge-Isanti, winning 73 to 57. Big Lake matched Becker’s score of 90, defeating Princeton 77 to make a strong statement about their season’s ambitions.
In the NORTHWEST SUBURBAN conference, Andover grabbed a slim victory against Centennial, ending the match at 76 to 71. Rogers edged out Elk River with a score of 77 to 67, showcasing their skills on the court. Spring Lake Park locked in another win against Blaine, scoring 72 to 49.
Shifting to the SKYLINE conference, Maranatha Christian secured a hard-fought win over Trinity, finishing at 84 to 74. Meanwhile, in the SOUTH SUBURBAN conference, Apple Valley defeated Rosemount 82 to 61, and Eagan secured a tight win against Farmington at 74 to 67.
In a dramatic encounter in the TRI-METRO conference, DeLaSalle showcased their strength, defeating Cooper 73 to 41. Richfield also performed strongly, beating Fridley with a score of 97 to 74.
