Opelousas Tigers Gear Up for Playoffs

OPELOUSAS, La. — The atmosphere in Opelousas was buzzing on Thursday night as the Opelousas Tigers faced off against Bastrop in the first round of the high school football playoffs. As defending state champions in Division II Non-Select, the Tigers are looking to make a big splash again this year.

This bi-district round is crucial, as teams aim to secure their spot in the postseason.
